We had a blast exploring the vibrant nightlife in Krakow. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short walk away from the famous Main Square and the buzzing Kazimierz district. We partied like there was no tomorrow and made unforgettable memories together!
If I had to ask for one thing, I would have loved to have a common area or a rooftop terrace in the apartment complex. It would've been the perfect place for us to chill, hang out with other cool guests, and pregame before hitting the town.

It had central heating, iron/ironing board, and tea and coffee making equipment to use. The location was magnificent, 10 minutes walking from Main Square. Efficient and amicable staff and the stay was real good.

Location: The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and tram stations, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast options: The hotel offers a variety of restaurant options for breakfast, which is included in the room rates. This gave us the chance to try different places each morning. Comfortable beds: The beds in the apartment were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Check-in confusion: Upon check-in, we were not properly informed about the included breakfast and had to ask the receptionist about it. It would have been helpful to receive this information upfront.

Warm and clean apartment, perfect for a comfortable stay.
Although there were a few minor issues with the apartment, such as a lack of kitchen towels and the shower cubicle being small and awkward, these did not significantly impact my stay.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee machine, microwave, and toaster. It made our stay convenient and allowed us to prepare our own meals easily. The bathroom was clean and had both a bath and shower. The luxury Prija toiletries provided a touch of pampering during our stay. The apartment had soundproofing, which ensured a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep for both adults and children. The presence of an electric kettle made it easy for us to enjoy a cup of hot tea whenever we wanted. The apartment was equipped with a washing machine, making it convenient for us to do our laundry during our stay.
Personally, I found the presence of a stovetop in the apartment unnecessary for our needs. But I understand that others might find it useful.

I absolutely loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was charming, with beautiful paintings and comfortable furniture in the general areas. It made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I really appreciated the accessibility of the hotel for people like me. The hallways and elevators were spacious, and there were grab bars in the bathrooms to ensure safety. It was a delightful experience.
It would have been even better if the children working there had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. Some additional assistance or guidance would have been appreciated, especially when it came to carrying luggage or navigating the city.
